Condere Estate is a medium cluster development in Terenure Kempton Park with 92 standalone full-title houses. The first houses were completed in 2004 and the complex was completed in 2005. Condere Estate is a family-orientated lifestyle estate with a "Home Sweet Home" atmosphere.
The Homeowners Association is run by a team of dedicated Trustees who ensure that the properties are maintained to a high standard and also monitor the rules to ensure peaceful and harmonious living for all its residents as well as maintaining common property of the estate. Security is a top priority for Condere Estate. The complex is further secured with various systems which are closely monitored.
The complex is guarded 24 hours a day by security including armed response and vigilant residents, making it safe for children, joggers, dog walkers etc. Strict access procedures are in place to ensure the safety of all the residents of the estate. Suspicious activity must be reported as soon as possible by residents to anonymous messages on our app and by following the link provided.
